No wonder our burgers are such a hit —they’re made with the best meat in the country—Pat la Frieda. Made especially from a lean sirloin blend with just a touch of more succulent cuts, these ingredients assure a scrumptious yet healthy patty. We divide our burgers into two smaller patties and grill them on our signature nickel-plated griddle using a smash griddled technique until juicy and well done. Lastly, we use Martin’s Potato Rolls toasted with Upstate NY butter for all of our burgers.


All burgers come standard with pickles, onions, and our secret Special Sauce. Our pickles are homemade from scratch daily. Our onions include Vidalia, Walla Walla, or Maui varietals depending on the season. And our irresistible Special Sauce—well, wouldn’t you like to know!

You can dress our burgers with three kinds of cheese, melted to perfection: Low Fat Swiss, Sharp Vermont Cheddar, or the good ol’ American.

For those who can’t imagine the perfect burger without lettuce and tomato, we also provide these toppings free of charge! We use Iceberg Lettuce and house made pickles.

  • 0.5 lb cucumbers, sliced
  • 1.0 Cup white vinegar
  • 3.0 Cups water
  • 1.5 TBS kosher salt
  • 1.0 TBS sugar
  • 0.5 TBS calcium chloride (optional to ensure crunchiness)
  • 1.0 oz garlic cloves, whole
  • .25 bunch dill
  • 0.5 TBS peppercorns




1. Place cucumbers, dill, garlic and peppercorns in a large plastic lexan
2. Combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, CaCl and bring to a boil.
3. Pour pickling liquid over cucumbers and let it rest at least 8 hours before using. Refrigerate after it reaches room temperature. You can place pickles in sterilized Mason jars for a longer-lasting treat.

Hot Dogs

Our hot dogs are made with Boar’s Head natural casing all beef franks, plumped in water and finished on the griddle served on a toasted side-split bun.


Our fries are fresh-cut in house and made with Kennebec potatoes fried with canola oil and added beef tallow unless vegetarian requested. We are proud to say that we are one of the few restaurants in the nation that cook our fries using this vintage technique—even McDonald’s used it in 80’s!


All shakes are hand-made with organic and award-winning Blue Marble Ice Cream, New York’s ONLY certified organic ice cream in all of our delicious shakes. Organically speaking, this means NO growth hormones, NO pesticides, and NO artificial ingredients. All the dairy for our ice cream comes from cows raised on pasture on family owned and operated small farms. Organic dairy is better dairy, and we strive to provide the best ingredients for that purpose. For flavoring we use Chatman’s red velvet cake, Peanut butter and Co. PB, Fabbri fruit paste and chocolate, and make our own (DARN GOOD) salted caramel and hot fudge.


For our chicken items, we use only all natural breast marinated fresh daily in organic buttermilk and spices.
